My machine just died. No codes, no nothing. I thought it had blew a fuse. But the outlet is fine. There is no power to the unit. There is a load in the machine and I can't get it out. Help

A lot of these errors on these front loaders can be resolved by simply unplugging the washer for 30 minutes to reset the computer. You may also attempt to manipulate the door latch by using the manual release lever to see if you can get the latching mechanism to stay open. The following link explains how to do this:

This is normally used when the door is latched with the door shut, but it still may apply in your case. If you attempt any of these preliminary checks and the latch still does not work properly, I would recommend replacing it. The next link explains how:

Hopefully you will not require any replacement parts. But, if you do, a replacement latch can be found at searspartsdirect.com or repairclinic.com. Just type in your complete model number to perform a search for parts. I hope you find this information helpful. Let me know if you require additional assistance.

There is an override switch directly below the latch under the machine on most front loaders.

Try pressing 'end of cycle' for 3 seconds. You hear a click? Then wait for 2 minutes before trying the door, do not force door. No luck? Plug off the mains. Tilt machine backwards to unscrew 3 screws below the front panel, the kick panel. Slide the panel downwards & out.
Put your hand up towards the lock portion (inside the machine that is), you will feel a tear shaped thing, pull this thing a quarter of an inch down, the door will click open. Check to see that all wires are connected well.
Next try some WD40 on the door mechanism on machine, not on door, & try the door open/close a few times. Would be nice to know what happened............free service remember.(!)
