The TV has some firmware defect. Seek tech support.
Unplug it from AC mains wall socket, and plug it again after 5 minutes. This must make it a hard reset.

Check for short circuit on your Powersupply. If you can isolate it, much better. check the voltage regulator if it supplies power to the system. better still check the regulator itself.

all the transistors ,& capacitors i.e 47mfd 63v or100mfd 63v must be changed before u on the tv. if 300v is not coming to middle pin of d2449 then 4.7ohm resistor(fusible) may be gone

Hi The problem of your teevision is what we called the vertical line problem.The problem is in the vertical section of the board.There are many of cause of that problem.First is either loose connection,the circuit at the vertical section have cold solder so its need to resolder using soldering iron.Second,it maybe no vertical supply,its better to check the 12 volts dc supply of vertical ic output.if thers no supply in the ic,there a open resistor near the flyback.try to replace.Third if theres no loose connection and have a voltage supply the problem is either leaked capacitor or deffective vertical ic output. Commonly in that problem is the loose connection,try to resolder the verical section.

Sure the power supply si working and the processor seems struck up to trigger the power but is not responding to the remote. So it is important that the main processor is checked to fulfill the working. Check for the +5 rail voltage, check for the input /output data, check the remote feed of data and the crystal oscillator.
It is possible that there is a failure around the processor or the memory.
