In general yes, LCD components are replaceable. Your best bet is to contact a local Nikon repair service center: http://www.nikonlinks.com/resources_repair.html . The same goes for laptop screens, etc, etc. Yes they are replaceable. It's just not an easy task for the end user (you).

the camera must be in warranty period. because its warranty period is of 12months, in that case please contact the dealer or else just go to nearby service shop and get replaced within $8.
in other hand, you cannot fix it by your self.
