NP-20 lithium battery not charging

Buy Ni-cd batteries instead there pretty good.
They are inexpensive, reliable and resist abuse way better than NP-20 because those batteries are poor for high performance applications such as digital cameras.

Good luck

Charging Camera

I would test the docking station first. Do you have a way of charging the camera without using the docking station?

Thought I'd ask because some can and some can't.

Battery will not hold a charge.

Casio says:

Red blinking light = defective battery

No flashing light = possible defective charger.

What you can do is send all your stuff into casio and they will test everything for you and see what they could replace for you.

Casio digital camera ex-s600 won't turn on

*** SOLUTION *** Mine had the same problem. My camera works now. What did the trick for me was removing the Flash Card. It appears card went bad and the camera would never power on because of this. I just removed the card and the camera powered on. I tested the card on my printer and it wont let me read or reformat. Hope this helps. -HenryVerde

Charger light flashing, battery not charging

What you can do is call their tech support department and they should be able to replace the battery for you. Tech support will take your information and request you to send in your battery before they replace it.

Camera possessed?

There is obviously a connection problem between the camera and the dock. Is it possible to recharge via a normal charger. I don't think you will get a repair- unless it is a young camera with some warranty left

New Camera Does Not Charge

A red flashing light does NOT mean it charging. THat means you have a defective battery. Call tech support and tell them that you have a defective battery and they may be able to get a replacement for you.

Please help

It should still be under warranty, sounds like the rechargeable battery has died, either take it back to the shop or buy a new battery.
