Bought a multi gym need to loose weight but not shure what is best excersises to do need a workout programe

Need a general workout to try and loose some weight my blood presure was a bit high so i want some advice for this machine i do about 4/5 miles a day walking also useing a step walker but have come to a stop so i need to change things round lost about 20lbs have to do more please cane anybody help

    don't know which is best part to get rid of stomach weights or other parts of machine and how many also arms/legs/chest there is so much you can do with these machines i don't know whare to start thats what i am asking THANKS

Well, I think you must join gym too. The gym is one of the best places, where you can train yourself to be fit. But if you really want to do your exercise in an exact way, you must need a trainer. And you can find the best trainers in the gym, but right now, there are a lot of fitness trainers available, providing online training sessions.

Also in gyms, you keep motivating yourself by seeing other people doing hard work to achieve their goals. I think this is the major reason I prefer gyms over home workouts. I am a Crossfitter actually, and use to go to the gym daily. Using the best Crossfit shorts & shirt, right place, right equipment, and right diet always assist in having the best health. But if you only want to be fit and active in your daily life, you can do your workout at your home or parks too, instead of going to the gym.!

I would like to recommend you , go first to the doctor, by your high pressure, and then you will have a good view to take exercises.

SOURCE: The cables are loose on my multi-gym. V-fit say to screw the cable into the weights even further to take up the slack, but it is in as far as it will go. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, I'm afraid I'm asking for help rather than offering a solution. Your problem, in April, is exactly the one I am experiencing now. How did you resolve it? My son and I would greatly appreciate any advice!

I suggest that you call the place that you purchased the unit and they should have a manual on PDF or direct you to where get a copy one. Since I am I California I not previ to this line product from our Olympic Champion Go Figure !! I hope you find the manual

SOURCE: got cables connected on gym but number one weight

If the top plate is just hovering and you cannot adjust it out. For a while you may have to push the top plate down and engage the selector pin and with use the cable will stretch on its own with usage. Since these are a series of cables it would be difficult to pinpoint which cable is causing this problem. If you want to remedy this call Body Solid and have them send you a new set of cables.

I am looking for a stimulant-free pre-workout supplement. Can you recommend me a high quality one?

Personally, I have a really low tolerance to caffeine and therefore use only stimulant-free pre-workout supplements. The two that I found work the best for me are NO Xplode 2.0 caffeine free and Xpand Xtreme Pump.

I have lost twenty pounds but the body fat never changes. How to fix?

I don't know how your are calculating your body fat, but it may be a case of letting your body catch up - it takes longer for your body to look different than to just lose the weight on the scales. Maybe 2 or 3 months down the road you will see real changes.
The other possibility is a serious one - if the body fat is really not changing, you may have only lost muscle weight - and this could be involuntary muscle tissue - such as regulates breathing, also heart tissue. This happens with unhealthy dieting as with diet pills, crash dieting.
