Your Video Card (Graphics Card) is probably bad. To isolate the problem connect another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor displays the same NO Signal Message then your video card is bad. If the Borrowed monitor displays and works correctly, then your original monitor is bad. The fact that your monitor displays the No Signal Message on it shows that the monitor is ok.

If you have a laptop, the video will show on most systems when you reboot without you having to do anything. Some systems will require you to hit the FN (Function key) + F1 thru F12. Hold down the FN key then hit the correct key for displaying on the monitor (F1 thru F12). The correct key will normally have CRT/LCD on it or it will have the icon of a display.

SOURCE: error signal ASRock P4VM800

When you open to you're bios menu, either at the top or at the bottom of the screen will be a name of you'e bios. In you're case the name is at the bottom of your bios menu. (American Megatrends Inc.). Or for short AMI You could search google for, AMI bios beep codes.
And you can click on this link, which shows what AMI say's about 3 beeps.
http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/amibeep.htm

You need to test you're memory. (Only if cleaning the memory has did not change the beep error beeps).
First remove you're memory & blow out the DIMM slots with canned air. Clean the copper on the memory with house hold alcohol on a lightly dampend cotton swab. (Let it dry), (Do not touch the copper with you're fingers. Re-install you're memory.
If you have more than one DIMM. Remove the bank farthest from the CPU & boot the PC. Did you hear the 3 beeps? Remove the the next bank & re-install the one you removed first in to the slot closest to the CPU. Boot the PC, again did you hear the 3 beeps?

If I can be of more service, just post back & let me know how thing go.

Good Luck!

Mike

SOURCE: No Display in ASRock 775i45GV Motherboard

Try cleaning the RAM as shown in the image below:
a870c24.jpg
also you can try resetting the CMOS, here's how it's done on your motherboard:

CLRCMOS0 allows you to clear the data in CMOS. The data in CMOS includes system
setup information such as system password, date, time, and system setup parameters. To
clear and reset the system parameters to default setup, please turn off the computer and
unplug the power cord, then use a jumper cap to short the pins on CLRCMOS0 for 3
seconds. Please remember to remove the jumper cap after clearing the CMOS.

The location of the CLRCMOS0 on the motherboard can be seen on the image below. (labeled no.10)

If problems persist. Replace the RAM. Hope this helps.

Hello here is the homepage:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/K8NF4G-SATA2/

I think the second slot for the ram might have a defect.

The problem could also be a bios setting or an update.

The bios can be upgraded while the system is running.

If you are in doubt upgrading the bios let a expert do this for you.

Remember that dust can make a bad connection and do not touch the contact points with your fingers.

Try to buy a can with compressed air and blow the ram slot out for dust.

The ram modules must sometimes be at equal size (mhz) in order to the mainboard can boot with the ram.

Good luck

Asrock K7VM3 mother board with AMD Athlon 2600+ processor.
The Motherboard is having a AGP slot which says to use AGP with 4X and 1.5 V
Can someone suggest the market products available
when I contact the technical team of Asrock. they responded as below:
The AGP slot on K7VM3 is the standard AGP x8 slot , as long as the VGA card you want to buy is standard AGP VGA card , K7VM3 can support the standard AGP VGA card.
Or , you can double check your question with your VGA card vender before you buy it .

My computer shuts down when i play or when i exit 3d games

Hi, has the problem recently started after the installation of sp3 because it has been known to cause problems like your having. If the computer is a new build it could be one of two problem, the asrock motherboard which i personally wont use anymore because of constant failure, or your power supply is not powerful enough. i would recommend nothing less than 500w power supply for gaming pc`s.

Hope this helps,

No VGA ouput from ASrock K8NF4G VSTA motherboard CMOS battery OK, DDR Dimms OK, HDD OK.

There is only one way to fix this problem, you heave to go out and buy an external VGA of PCI- Express connector, check 1st which one your board supports, then connect your monitor there.
