Can you explain the issue in detail - is your dishwasher not working at all, or the buttons continue to be lit up, etc?

First and foremost, check the dooe switch to see if it is functioning properly.

I can't turn on my KitchenAid Superba dishwasher. I pushed Normal and Start, and the Normal light started flashing, but didn't turn on. Pushed Cancel and now both the Normal and Cancel are...

Did you try turning off the power and then connecting it again?
If still problem is there open the door. Press the following sequence of buttons HI Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry,HI Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry. Now close the dishwasher door and latch it too and press the cancel button. This must reset the dishwasher.

The clean light will not stop blinking so the normal cycle will not run

From another link, clean light flashes 7 times. Turn off breaker for dishwasher, wait 5 minutes, turn back on. with dishwasher door open, push high temp, energy save dry, high temp, energy save dry, then close door, open door, press cancel and then Normal wash cycle. Dishwasher Starts!!!!!! Save myself several hundred $. Was about to buy new one from Lowes!!!!!! Thanks everyone!

The wash light and the start/cancel button keep flashing. How do I fix it? I have a Kitchen Aide dishwasher model KUDS02FR

Hi,

The clean light usually will blink due to a failure to heat the water properly. This dishwasher looks for a temperature rise of the water during a heating cycle if it fails to see this rise for multiple cycles it may shut down and blink the clean light.
There are a few things to check before resetting the control.

-The unit not being level so both door switches do not make contact
-
The sump plugged up so water is not pumping across the heater (see sump clean out below)

- Not enough water filling the dishwasher

- The heat element is not working

To reset the control use this key dance within 5 seconds press:HEATED DRY, NORMAL, HEATED DRY, NORMAL
This will cause you to enter the diagnosis cycle once this is finished or you hit cancel the control should be unlocked and ready to use.

Thank you !

Green light flashing and water does not seem to be circulating in Dishwasher

Press the following normal, heated dry, normal, heated dry, wait till the lights all come on and then off again, press cancel and wait 2 minutes. This should reset the control, if you get the same symptoms returning we need to dig deeper
