Swiss Army watches require a special tool. You will need to call your local jewelers and ask if they do Swiss Army watches as not every jeweler has the tool to do it.
Good luck
You need to replace battery. Q/A from swiss army website. Q. How do I know when the battery needs changing? A. In select models, the battery end-of-life indicator signals that the battery should be replaced within two or three days. When the battery is low, the second hand stands still for 2-4 seconds, and then speeds up to the correct time. This indication will last for approximately one week, and then the timepiece hands stand still.
What you need his a hand alignment. On a high grade watch like an Omega you could be looking at anywhere between $40-$100 depending on the shop. I would look for a shop that has a watch maker on staff and that is familiar with the Omega. This usually isnt hard to find but you also want to be sure that the watch can be resealed. They need to have a pressure test machine and be able to guarantee the watch has been resealed to manufacturer specifications. You might be able to get a better deal by getting your standard service done at the same time. Good luck my friend. Great watch!
