Remove the small memory battery, and then remove one of the four AAA batteries, then while holding down the APPS button reinstall the AAA battery and then it should say waiting to recieve operating system then hook it up to your computer with the silver connect cable and then on the computer send the operating system to the TI89 Titanium, and wait for it to install completely and it should work.

the bluetooth light you see is associated with both wireless (WiFi) and Bluetooth radios being on or off. This does not mean you have the bluetooth software installed. You'll need to go to http://support.dell.com and choose your system (or type your service tag when requested) and download the drivers for your bluetooth.
Furthermore, make sure you have Windows XP with Service Pak 2 or higher installed before installing any bluetooth software. :)
hmmm, sounds like you might have to reinstall the O.S I think
when you connect to yr computer does the ipod still show? have it connected whilst running a general disk repair program and see if that makes any difference
btw-not sure if u use mac or pc but dont use any nortons repair apps with the ipod, whatever your flavour computer
