All lights flashing while plugged in, will not charge...not the way it flashes when you set the controller in the base, but an odd way, all available lights flashing at the same time wether there is a controller or not. I've tried leaving it unplugged overnight, plugged it back in and it's still flashing. I tried setting controllers in it and there is no change. It hasn't been dropped, or even moved since I bought the product in November. It just sits on my dresser waiting to charge my controllers.

turn on your xbox 360. push the small button to the top of the controller where the headset plugs in and pust the white button by the memory card slot is at the same ti me with the button on the controller. you have to hold it 4 a lil bit. then your controller would b set to your system i had to do the same thing 4 mine

you may need to RESET the handset before getting them registered to the base station. this will ask for a reset code, just consult the user manual to get it.

What you need to do is charge the batterys if you dont have a charger or do not have the chargeble pack you need to replace thebattery in the back of the remote.
