Hello, Beepreen -
The answer depends upon a number of things.
* How old is the massage cushion - when was it purchased?
* Does you boss still have the user's manual for the cushion? If so, does it give a telephone number to call regarding repairs? If so, call the repair number and talk with a Repair Customer Service Representative. If the cushion can be repaired, it may have to be repaired by a company authorized technician.
Without knowing the make (Panasonic? I see Panasonic only seems to manufacture massage chairs) and model of the massage cushion, I cannot do much research online regarding repairing it.
Also, I am not able to research reviews of the particular massage cushion. Reviews of the particular cushion may indicate how long it lasts or some operating defects.
Best wishes.
If you are not fimiliar with electronics repair then I would have to say take it to a repair shop. You can check the cord and make sure it was not frayed, Also make sure it was plugged in completely to the wall when you give it a try. If the cord is frayed you can take it to any electronics store and buy a new one or order a new one online.

My mom had the same problem so i unzipped it from the back, and once i started to take out the padding i saw that there was a wire unplugged so i plugged it back in and it worked!

Even if it could be fixed, things like this are usually better off to be replaced.
