I do not have the eyemax software, but my DVR software has a setting in the option that you uncheck if you do not wish to have the PC shut down after turning off the software.

SOURCE: pc reboot my pc keeps on

Usually overheating or a virus.
Your fan extraction points may be blocked with dust and fluff, you may need to take part of the back off the laptop to clean these properly.
If it is a virus/malware problem, give it a full scan with your virus program and also malwarebytes (free version)

How do i hook up my H.264 4ch DVR to my computer directly my router has upnp enabled

If you want to hook up the PC to play media, I suggest you install software called Plex for free (plex.tv). The Roku has the Plex app so you can play through the Roku or most smart TVs, Amazon Fire, or directly via an HDMI cable from your PC to the TV. It will automatically sort your media once you go through the setup and it is probably the best variant of the KODI/XBMC media systems out there for all platforms.
If you want to record from your DVR to your PC, that gets more complicated. The HDMI cord usually has certain protocols that keep you from recording copyrighted programs DMAC (Digital Media Access Control) so you'll need a video input card that has RCA inputs for red/green/blue or a yellow video input and either a red/white RCA input for sound or an SPDIF Infrared (IR) sound cable and use the software that comes with the tuner card.

I have 2 EYEMAX PCI card. 1. Is it

This is going to require assistance from the manufacturer since the cards are identical, and likely will require changing DMA settings, perhaps through software or dip switch settings.
