Doesn't recognize me as the Administrator and no one uses it but me.

Three possible causes -
- Your ink cartridge is fake or
- your computer set up requires you log on as administrator to install peripherals if it is a shared PC.
- You did not switch on your printer while your PC was booting to allow it recognize the printer set up.
Solutions:
If you can afford it, get another new ink cartridge from an authorised dealer and try again. Secondly, check whether there are administrator priviledges attached to installing new ink cartridges. You can view your profile setup from the Control Panel to confirm this
Finally, switch on your printer immediately you power on your PC so that the booting process can recognize your printer setting. Do check that the ink cartridge you are using is approved for your printer.

TBH... that doesn't make sense.. UNLESS--perhaps.. Are you NOT an administrator (or have administrator access) on the PC your using?

I would believe that the hcu would be open for the most part
when you drive & only actuate the valves when you get wheel
that is recognized from a wheel speed sensor

Your Dodge may have other issues from moisture in the system
or a failed component.

Remove the BT211 module. Install the drivers that can be downloaded from the link above. Shut down the computer. Plug in BT211 and turn on machine. The unit should be recognized and drives put in place to make everything work for you.

Have you tried a blank password for the administrator. Just press enter when administrator pops up. If that does not work, try administrator. That should solve your problem.

Did you check your DVD player program setting?
What about DVD region setting for? (If you use non-us DVD like PAL.)
