Program "Printshop CD Label Creator

Is the machine connected to the internet? It might need an internet connection in order to register the product fully.

Before you uninstall it,

Open task manager and in the process tab find the respective process of your cd lable creator and click end process.

Now you can uninstall it.

you may try calling the manafacturer and see if you can activate it over the phone. They should also be able to register your software at the same time.

You need to reinstal this software to be able to open print shop files

You have to contact the supplier I am afraid as Fixya does not have that type of information

It`s the program serial number. This should be on the inside of the box on a sticker or printed on the sleeve or cd label.
If you don`t have one and you have purchased a legal copy of the software then you can contact Cakewalk support and they will help you.

You asked a long time ago. If you still use XP get Plus! for Windows XP, which contains a label creator programme based on the Data Becker software. Works perfectly.

The Printshop V5 program is supposed to run with Windows 98 or Me, therefore in order to use it with Vista or XP, you should open it using Compatibility mode--> Right click on the program icon--> properties-->Compatibility--> select Windows 98 or Windows Me
