I have read over the VPS subscribers manual and have not found a way to do this. When a call comes in to our company and they leave a voicemail at a specific extension, i want that voicemail to be directed to that extensions cell phone as well. The only thing i found remotely relative to this was .....
E-mail Integration
Allows subscribers and the Message Manager to receive notification by e-mail when
they receive new messages. Subscribers can also have the voice message attached
to the e-mail notification if the System Administrator has enabled this feature for their
mailboxes.
Your email integration requires a TVA product with a LAN card. One comes in the 200 and it's optional in the 50. There is also a feature called message waiting notification that does not send the file, only the fact that there's a message. It requires a little bit of setup at the sytsem level, then it's adjustable at the user end by 52 and 53 commands.
Please be sure that your system administrator restricts the class of service that the VM uses to do notification if you turn it on. Many people have hacked into voice mail systems and called the world because the toll restriction was missing from this group.
If you need a manual or further instructions, please post back.

Tons of things :-) That's why terminal software and tracing is important. The VM ports have to have a class of service that allows access. The SMDR can tell you whether the call even is going out. You need to give just enough access to allow the notification to continue, but not let some doofus abuse the sytsem. It also has to be enabled in the VM class of service that notification is allowed.
In my TVS-50 system with no security, I logged into my VM mailbox, and enabled remote message delivery. I used option 6 2 to get to message waiting notification, then 3 to assign a telephone number (9+ my cell number). After accepting it, * stepped me back to use option 2 where I turned on the notification. A test message to my mailbox dialed my cell where I got the VM lady and was able to dial 1 to receive the message :-)
It really works, so if yours doesn't, then any number of things could be blocking it. Since you could have any one of about 8 (U.S.) VPS systems, please check your model number and post back.

Just in reviewing, there is one more GLARING possibility. What phone system do you have and how many cables are running between it and the voice mail? If you have a TA-624 or TA-824, it requires TWO cables plugged into both ports of the voice mail going to extensions 107&108 or 115&116. A single cable will give you only ONE path of voice mail and that may be a problem.

So is there a way to have the voicemail forwarded to the cell phone? I dont know much about our phones system, yet I am put in charge of handling the tasks related.
I have set up the message waiting notification that send the notification call to the mobile phone. I am following the manual as far as i know! the notification is not coming through on the cell phone. Do you know of a common error with this procedure that may be delaying my complettion?
