How do I fix my craftsman electric brad nailer

I have one that looks just like the illustration and mine doesn't operate either. I have had it apart and the switch is faulty and seems to be a very poor design.
Mine has a different brand name (Rapesco) and under the label is a generic Chinese export which the local supplier reckons is a throw-away item and no spares are available.

One of these days I will exercise some guile and attempt a repair.

Senco brad gun plunger will not retract

When the driver doesn't retract it's because you have worn or broken o-rings inside the gun, usually the o-rings on the lower half of the cylinder or the piston ring. You'll have to take the gun apart to see what's wrong inside. In your heading you state you have a Porter Cable framing nailer, then below you say it's a Senco brad gun so I don't know what parts to recommend. It's best to buy a rebuild kit and replace all the o-rings at the same time if one's available for your gun.

Evolv 2 brad nailer no power

If you can check nailer on another compressor. If it works check your compressor, if not the nail gun is in need of repairs. Otherwise, reading the two guages on the compressor, check that the pressure in the tank is around 100psi and the regulated pressure is between 85 and 90psi. If not, regulated pressure is adjusted by the knob on the front of the housing. With a blowgun on the end of hose, connect the other end to the compressor. If you don't get any air the regulator may be broken and not letting air through. If you have air at the blowgun the problem may be with the nailer.

Brad nails not in all the way

There are no adjustments on any electric stapler / brad nailer that I've heard of , only the pnumatics. The electric staplers/brad nailers only work well in softer woods
