Try pressing the TV button on the Prima remote to make it work on the TV. It should work on the Prima Tv without new codes. Codes would be needed for your cable box.
Consider calling Prima at 866-447-7462 for the codes. They should have a website for the codes or email you the codes for free.

Since none of the codes in the book work then your only remaining option is to perform a code scan, maybe another code will match your box. If even this fails then you need a new remote, this one doesn't support it.
