"Error message unable to print" I was given printer by a family member installed the printer although the blue usb does not beep when I plug it into my tablet pc I Have set the printer up date time etc how can I repair the malfunction? I do not have a CD rom drive on my pc to use the disks what do you recommend? Thanks
High probability it is a waste ink count or "error 46" code fault. There are purge count reset codes available on line, but you should also remove and clean out the waste ink chamber. It is a messy job and given the age of the machine, you may be better off replacing it

Machine error 50 is a error in Purge unit.You can't fix it by yourself and your printer need service.In most case the cost of repair is more than cost of new printer.

You need to replace the print head (carriage unit) if the problem persist change the main PCB.
