Remove battery .take off outer cover (as seen on you tube)locate suspect button which has 4 soldered tabs.on my phone the solder on the outer 2 tabs had parted from the board use a small ended soldering iron (or in my case a bit copper wire from a scrap of coax cable wound a few times around the tip trim off to leave about 4mm protruding} gently with a little lever on top of the switch (I used a 1mm drill bit a matchstick might do }close it down onto the board, tin the tip of the iron hold it on one of the tabs for about 10 seconds keep the gentle pressure on the lever for a few seconds after removing the iron repeat on other tabs.
If the button is completely off or you can't manage the soldering, hold the battery in place switch on phone play a tune in music player get a pin touch it across the 2 bottomtabs and you will see the volume rise each time you touch.Leave it on preferred setting. The camera zoom can be reset by simply shutting and opening the shutter each time'"have fun"

How do I download from itunes?

Itunes is formatted for mp4 players. That is Ipods or other apple products. You can use Windows Media Player to add vidoes and music to your mp3 player. Also if you have files in itunes that you want to be converted to mp3 for your player. All you need to do is find a mp4 to mp3 converter.

GN 9120 beeps constantly

Are you using the GN1000 Handset Lifter? And if so, are you playing music/radio through the speaker of your telephone? If this is the case the Lifter will be picking up the sound of the music coming from the telephone and interpreting it as an incoming call, hence sending a signal to the earpiece in the form of beeps. Just stop the music coming from the telephone and the beeps should stop.
If you are not playing music through the telephone, you may need to turn down the sensitivity adjustment on the back of the Lifter. Just turn the knob anti-clockwise a little bit and see if that eliminates the beeping. If the sensitivity adjustment is too high it will pick up every little noise that goes on around your desk and interpet them as the phone ringing.

If you are not using the GN1000 Handset Lifter, then the beeping may be the result of a sticking/stuck volume button on the earpiece. If you adjust the volume on the GN9120 it gives a beep when you reach the maximum or minimum volume. If a button is stuck down it will result in a constant beeping. A stuck button is generally not a user servicable problem, however a little bit of tinkering with the button may get it unstuck.

sometimes a gadget just gets confused and restoring factory settings can fix that problem. Go to menu-tools-settings-general-factory settings the phone asks Restor original settings phone will restart press yes it asks for security code. The default code for nokia is 12345. If this doesnt work enter this code *#7370# and the phone will reset. You then set it up as new
