    The inverter that you are requesting information about is a special inverter. There are over 1,000 parameters in this inverter. If the inverter is not functioning properly on the laser, you should contact the manufacture of the machine for assistance. Making parameter adjustments could cause a lot of damage to your equipment if it is not done properly.

Error. Over Current - Peak current exceeded

Possible causes:
Motor has a short - Phase to phase or phase to ground.
Motor cable damaged/defective.
Motor cables too long.
Acceleration/deceleration ramps too short.
Damaged output phase of inverter.

Need a Way to adjust dr.2 Rated Motor Current value. Combivert F4-C
It sounds like you may have a thermal issue causing the fault trigger of the E.OC error. This coould be an issue with the motor or the inverter getting too hot. Once the system trips into error it is allowed to cool a little and you can run again for a while.

What is the actual part# and serial # of the inverter that you are having problems with?

Since they system has been running, I would not suggest aultering the voltage/hz curves in the inverter because of an E.OC error.

Run the motor with no load to see if it functions with no load.
If the system functions with no load, you may still need to increase your acceleration time to reduce the current demand.

Inverters stops without any error but can buss communicates inverter error!!!
If the inverter is not displaying an error but the CANbus system is showing an error, the problem is with the communications.

Could be a faulty CANbus system, operator in the inverter or possible EMI issue.
