Cant set the hands on wr100 - Citizen Eco-Drive 180 WR100 World Timer Watch

Go to Citizens web site and they have talking manuals that guide you through the process. Just used the service a week ago for a Skyhawk I bought online and it was great.

Go to Citizens website and they have talking setting instructions, just used them for a skyhawk I puchased online, they make it very easy to set a very complicated watch.

mcdevito75 here, Hello Manual, sounds like you"ve turned your watch off while setting the display. The watch should start up agin by pressing the MODE or SET Button.It:s possible you may have to press both at the same time MODE and SET but try them one ata time first.

"wr100" stands for water resistant to 100m and is therefore not the model of the watch.

To obtain instructions go to the Citizen web site "citizen.com"

Choose your area from the menu.

On the right you will see options, choose "technical support"

Select "setting instructions"

You will then be asked to enter the calibre number ( see instructions just above the box for information on where to find the number).

You should now be able to read the instructions.

These water proof watches are only water proof if the knob for setting the time is pushed all the way in. Try to call your Citizen dealer, if you read them the numbers on the back yhey can see if there is warranty to check the problem for free.
