Logitech Freepulse headphones won't turn on

Transmitter works but the LED won't go on the headphones. Held the button down to go into discoverable but no difference. It is fully charged but the whole outer ring (the one the power button is on) rotates slightly. Is this normal ? Any ideas welcome.

There is a reset button on both the headphone and the transmitter. Try to reset them both before attempting to pair them again. Since the led won't turn on there is a possibility that the battery is not charging. Is the orange light working when the headphones are charging? It should be and then it should turn off when the battery is full.

My connector is frozen on blinking red and blue. It will not connect with the head phones and go solid blue.

Have you tried doing the same with the headphones? If you hold the power button down on both the transmitter and heaphones (get them both flashing red and blue), they might pair.

My Freepulse headphone won't pair anymore. Both components charge, both both of them display the red LED light. I've tried the override button on the transmitter, and I've tried holding the power button...

You hold the button on the transmitter for about 50 seconds - light flashes red, solid red, goes off and then flashes blue and red. Then you can do the same on the headphones. Then wait and they should pair.

In rare cases, the FreePulse Headphones may loose synchronization with the receiver. If this occurs the following steps will re-establish the connection by putting both the headphones and the receiver in discoverable mode (actively searching for another bluetooth device it can connect to).
Putting the headphones in discoverable mode:
Press and hold the power button (located next to the charging port on the right earpiece) on the headphones. The LED on the button will go through three states in this order:
  • Blinking Red
  • Off (continue to hold. the LED will be off for several seconds)
  • Alternately blinking red and blue. (The headphones are now in discoverable mode and you can release the button at this point. The headphones will remain in this state for 30 seconds).
Putting the receiver in discoverable mode:
Press and hold the power button (located on the side of the receiver opposite the headphone jack). The LED on the button will go through three states in this order:
  • Blinking Red
  • Off (continue to hold. the LED will be off for several seconds)
  • Alternately blinking red and blue. (The reciever is now in discoverable mode and you can release the button at this point. The reciever will remain in this state for 30 seconds).
Re-establishing the connection:
To re-establish the connection between the headphones and the reciever, put the headphones and the receiver in discoverable mode at the same time. It will take a few seconds for the two devices to establish the connection. Once the connection has been established the LEDs on both the headphones and receiver will glow solid blue.

I have Logitech wireless headphones for my Ipod, and I can't get them to work. When I press the on button on both pieces, it goes solid red and not blue.

Visit the Logitech support website and find the instructions to reset and pair them. Since yours is for an Ipod I'm assuming you have the older white/grey model and not the freepulse headphones. The procedure is not the same. From memory the procedure it to reset both (look for the small hole to insert a paperclip). Once both are reset begin with the transmitter. Hold the power button down for about 30 seconds until the light flashes red and blue. When it does do the same for the button of the headphone until it flashes red and blue. When both are flashing red and blue they should pair together and the lights should turn solid blue..

Do this and Freepulse will be pleased.

Headset works with phone

hold the on button down for as long as it takes and after a while the LED will begin to flash reb/blue very fast. Let your mobile search voor the headset and use as pincode: 0000

that should do it!
