After one of my friends sent me a multimedia text message i haven't been able to open it or text her back. when i try it just keeps trying to load. iv'e left it loading for up to 20 minutes and it still doesn't work. i've also tried restarting my phone and nothing happens. is there anyway to fix this?

I had this problem before.
Try to ROM update youre phone. u can get the Update at www.htc.com There u download youre phone Rom Update for free. Its also easy to update.
Have u also tryed to HardReset youre Phone ?
Under youre Phone there u see USB Input. On the rigth side put inn youre LCD pen i tha smal hol and hold it there for 10 sec.
Now youre phone are reset to Factory.

I had this problem ,also no notifications of voicemail as well as not being able to acces the messaging screen. I was just about to send the handset in for repair and decided to remove the 4gb micro sd card .turned the phone off ,removed the card,turned it on again ,bam messaging works again !! hope this can help someone else too :-)

It may be an error with your carrier's high speed data network. Try the following:
Go to MENU>SETTINGS>WIRELESS&NETWORKS>MOBILE NETWORKS>NETWORK MODE
Then change the settings from GSM / WCDMA auto to GSM only. Note that these two options may be different because different carriers helpfully call their various features different things. Basically take the phone off the "auto" mode and set it to use the slowest network setting possible (in my case GSM). You should notice your signal bars increasing immediately. This should also allow you to send texts etc normally. If the problem persists then as ever, take it back to the shop and tell then about your problem again.
