Hi Bry, this is so common with, my web search program.
Try this. Right click once on the start button, (A pop-up window will open), slide up to Explorer & left click on it once. Right click once on the C:\ drive & left click Search from the list.
In the search top window type the name of the file: m3plugin.dll
Click search.
Windows will find the file. Right click once on the file m3plugin.dll listed in the right hand side of the search window & left click Copy from the list. Windows Explorer is still opened. Scroll down to the folder, Program Files & left click the plus sign next to it. Program Files will open & you'll see all kinds of folders.
Find the Mywebsearch folder & open it. Find the folder 1.bin, Right click once on that folder & left click past from the list.
Close all opened windows & restart the system.

Enjoy Bry!

Error loading c:\progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll

You have spyware infesting your computer, the mywebsearch browser helper object. Run either Adaware or Spybot Search & Destroy, either should get rid of it for you. If not, please post to this thread and I'll give you a link to manual removal.
