This happened randomly. Basically when I try to press anywhere on the touch screen, it doesn't respond at all. When I do manage to make it to the map screen, it constantly moves in one direction and then the problem fades out and the screen works normally. It seems like the screen is holding down in certain random places all over the screen for some reason. I already tried to reset it, and that didn't work. I'm pretty much lost. I managed to get music working, and I usually don't need the GPS, but it is annoying how I can't do anything anymore with my little touch screen.
Any help? Or if not, where can I go to get this fixed.

There is a small pinhole below the "source" button. You need to take a paperclip and unbend it, stick it in until you get a reset message. That should do it, but obviously, you'll lose all settings you've entered. Good luck

This works!!!! This saved me $200.00 I am eternally thankful! the key to it is pressing the little reset button. it is very small and only accessable with a pen. If you follow the directions as listed, it will work. I've been born agan for fixya!
Use the pin hole reset button.
