Wii Fit Hula Hoop Game

Hi
Does anyone else have this problem with their wii fit board?
I have played on a wii fit before so i don't think it is me.(lol)
But on the hula Hoop game i can't seen to catch the hoops!!!!!
Is it something i'm doing or could it be my sensors?
I have tried to stand differently to make sure i move my weight over on one side and almost on tip toes to the front!!! but i have only managed to catch one hoop!!
But i know i can do it as i've done it on another wii fit.
I have wooden floors if that makes a difference.
And my board turns it's self off??

We have the same problem. We are also having problems with the hoops falling immediately when the game comes on.

I have the exact same problem. No matter how I have the sensor bar, it doesn't recognize when I lean over to catch the hoops or hit the soccer ball with my head.

I now know what the problem was thank you to my Nephew!!

Ihad the wii fit around the wrong way.

Make sure you have the power button at the back.

I thought it had to be the other way or you might keep knocking the power button off!

Tips (Hoola Hoop) make sure you lean over to the left and right almost if your doing a side stretch.

And the football if your mii has to go left lift stand on your left leg (so all your weight is on the left side) and middle make sure both legs are central and on the board.

    Hope this helps.

My wii fit board power button not staying on just flashes tryed to sync but still not working

I had the same issue with my wii board; I tried to resynch the board and it did not work. I then decided to put in new batteries and resynch again and now it works. Even if you don't think your batteries are that old try to resynch it with new batteries in the wii board, in case the batteries that you are currently using my not be producing enough power.

New crown compatible wii fitness board will not sync with wii console. board only blinks a few times then switches off

Have new crown compatible fitness board, new batteries inserted, inserted Wii fitness disc, choose training, then trial, choose hula hoop game, used remote press A to start.

Screen says place me on a flat floor and press POWER button before stepping onto me

Followed the instructions power button flashes blue, as do the four corners then the lights go out - then nothing happening, still have the same message place flat on floor etc....

Have also tried the Wii Balance Board Check - followed all instructions last one says please turn on power. Pressed button flashes blue as do four corners then they go out

Am I doing something wrong or Is this a faulty board ?

Thanks

I can't sync my board to my remote

You have to insert a wii fit game and bypass all the stuff until the game is ready to play.Open the battery compartment on the Wii board and open the large door on the front of the Wii console.Press the sync button on the board, then press the sync button at the top of the console compartment. The fit board light should stay steady blue.If it doesn't,try it again. When the fit board stays steady blue,it is synched.

The lights just flash when turned on then they go off again, we have changed the batterys several times

In most cases, the wii fit will not stay on unless a wii fit compatible game is running and is asking you to turn on the wii fit board.

You may need to resync the wii fit board and wii. You'll have to press the red button on the wii (next to sd card slot) and red button on the balance board next to batteries.

Wii Fit - Hoola Hoop

If you're not shifting enough weight to one side, you can't catch a hoop. I have found that lifting the opposite foot off the board as soon as the toss is thrown helps quite a bit.

If you're still having trouble, evaluate how the board works with other activities on WiiFit. If you notice problems in other areas, you may have a defective unit. There is a calibration feature on the program, and if that doesn't work, try opening up a trouble ticket on www.nintendo.com.

Wii Fit instructions for movements are all in reverse

No it is not how Wii Fit is supposed to be. First, let me suggest that you ensure that the power button on the Wii Fit Balance Board is facing AWAY from the TV set. This may seem silly, but it's the most common error. As for the Hula Hoop game, make sure that your weight is all on the side of the Wii Fit Balance Board in the direction that you need to lean to catch the hoop.

There have been instances of the sensors in the Wii Fit Balance Board going out. If you have tried the above steps and you are still getting errors, please go to www.nintendo.com, register your product, and open a problem ticket with them.

Good luck!
