i had had this problem,but finally my phone gets re-start when I used camera,so plz check the camera fast

SOURCE: camera problem

its a hardware failure. try to replace the back cover,camera switch is tapping with the back cover.If it didnt work try to clean up the camera module.

First go to this link and update your software.. http://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-and-software/software/software-updater

Also, type in *#7370# this will reset all settings to factory default.
