1) Adjust the Reed switch, see the diagram attached, clean, and tigh the wires connector very well.
2) Tight the ribbon cables from keypads+ tight the wires connector from display board vs lower board. see the block diagram for better understanding.
3) Run the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting.

Too Much Resistance on Stepmill

The first step in troubleshooting too much resistance or constant resistance begins with the lower board. You will want to first verify that the Field LED is lit on the lower board. As shown in the video, the Field LED is off initially, when the steps are engaged it lights up, after about 5 seconds the light should go off. If the Field LED stays lit during a workout or after a workout is completed, this is a sign that the console is faulty. There is constant power being supplied through the console keeping a full load and causing no change in resistance. If the Field LED remains lit, the console needs replaced.

How do i reprogram my wii remote after it has been used for another wii box

just open the battery compartment and press the red button then open the flap on the front of the wii console and press that red button. The lights will flash on the wii mote until one stays lit then it is paired

After replacing batteries on Proform PF800 console stays lit

Pull the batteries out let it reset itself while its doing that check all cable to make the connection are seated firmly then reinstall the batteries, unless the function pad is sending a phantom signal engaging the display to be on continuously,or by pure chance the upper electronics went hay wire
