E30 is a problem relating to the motor, check brushes, if o/k then could be faulty or broken tacho magnet on end of motor shaft, also check for broken wires in motor plug.

Try pushing the "on" & "start" buttons together for 5 secs or more. If it does not clear from the display, switch of the machine for 5 mins and try again.
