A calcium build up in the nozel heads or pipes from some not so lovely water. Did it happen gradually? There is a filter in the side of electric hot water systems that needs replacing once in a while but that would affect all the pressure.
Cold water pressure is what give you your hot water pressure so they should be equal but if you have a restriction on the hot side such as a valve not opening on the hot side or not opening all the way then you will have less pressure or the pipe work on the hot side is not proper. Hard to say but check the valve on top of the hot water heater
if you are sure water is circulating (check to see if water is being sucked into the skimmer suction port or you can open your air relief valve on top of your filter and water squirts out,) then you will know that all works, but if pressure gauge is "0", then replace your pressure gauge.
If flow is good, one of two things. Unscrew gauge and see if hole is plugged. With gauge out, momentarily turn pool on and make sure water squirts out of hole. If no, hole is plugged, If yes, bad gauge.
if it squirts under pressure sounds like a coolant leak to me, the aircon drains are located at the back of the engine near the bulkhead on nearside, and this isnt under pressure
