good day, if the main switch is always trip off you have big problem in your machine and not to advise do by your self if you dont have any idea where, or what you need to check? call the technician for your safety and not to waste money.
Sounds like a bad water pump, and or bad agitator motor if the washer will not spin. Breaker probably tripped due to one of the 2 drawing too much current.
You might check your circuit breaker box to see if any of the circuit breakers are tripped. A tripped circuit breaker will have its handle between on and off. If one is, push it off, then back on. The only way I can think of to get the water out is to pull the clothes out and dip it out. sorry. Best of Luck
genaral electric washing machine fills won,t spin but throws out water as if it did, goes to next cycle same thing, but sounds as if it is spinning but isn,t, hose not clocgged i checked, what else can be the problem, sounds ok but not spinning
Since the breaker did not trip i am going to assume that the washer stopped because the motor overload switch tripped or contacts burnt. Was there any smell of any burning (electrical burning)?. It could have stopped because a contact on the timer got burnt too. Have a look also at the water level swirch
