I have a Motorola V3 and recently the "Inbox Full" message appeared on the screen. I have had this before, and it just goes away when I clear my inbox. However, this time when I cleared my messages (all of them) the "Inbox Full" message still stayed on the screen and will not go away. It has been like this for a few days now but it is still sending and receivieving messages as normal. Can anyone help me?!
I am not very tecnology literate either - so if you could describe in laymans terms please!
If you have a pc use the software that came with the phone to back up all your contacts and tones etc, then revert phone back to factory settings, in settings>initial setup, then master reset or master clear.
These phones only have a small amount of internal memory, unless you have the V3i which has a seperate memory card.
The memory may be the problem.
I have this problem too and i dont know why its happeneing, i cant receive any messages because of this and i have erased my whole inbox and outbox! have you solved the problem yet? if you have please let me know my email is [email protected]

hi, its not a software problem...100%, flex cable is the problem of your phone..go to a certified mobile phone technician to fix your problem... i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya
Have you tried a master reset on the phone if not that may work. menu>settings>initial setup>master reset... do not select master clear as this will wipe the handheld of all its' memory.
try holding down the power remove the back cover and battery (at this point briefly let up on the power) remove the sim card wait for "insert sim card" message remove battery reinsert sim card and battery release power key when the splash screen comes up
if this dose not work you may need to reflash your phone
in this phone their are some setting related to the messages so u might have changes these solutions .. what u need to do is this concern moto care center .. they will help u ..
You need to do a master clear to get rid of this problem. This will make you lose your downloaded music and pictures so it'll be your choice.This would definite solve this problem.

Go to setting then go to web access then go tobrowser set up and clear history and clear cookies and reset cashe/let me know if this works i had the same problem.thanks shortbed
try turning your phone on and off again, hopefully, it might work! it could also be that you have unsent messages in your outbox. goodluck
if not, you should probably taked it back.
