My GE dryer model dpsb613ed1ww. Clothes won't dry as usual and I have a 1H in the display. What should I do?

1H= 1 hour delay. press the cancel button and then run the dryer with the vent tube off as if it is not drying like it use to then the vent is restricted, note this has nothing to do with the 1H. You will need to clean the vent tube out and you may want to clean the dryer out, also. You will be amazed how much lint is inside the dryer. Good Luck Tim

I have a GE profile harmony gas dryer that says "a problem has been detected call 1-800-GE-Cares' on the display. I just finished putting in the new dryer drum that fell apart. Any suggestions? Reset...

If there were no problems before replacing drum I would go back and make sure all 3 wiring connections are made behind the door panel. From there this machine is too complex to diagnose over the phone.

unplug the unit for a period of time(2 hrs.) to possibly clear memory, unless they are "Hard-Codes" and can't be erased w/o finding out the service code from g.e.

Ge dryer display flickers and lights flicker

open top and check connections, unplug power and reconnect after done. if this does not solve it then I would replace display board. this dryer is made by LG, controls should be good.

GE profile harmony gas dryer heats up but blower work 2 min. then stops

Have you access the dryers service mode? If not, access it and see what error code you get. Follow this:

1. Press the POWER key to turn the dryer on.
2. Press HELP. The main help screen is displayed.
3. Press and hold MY CYCLES and BACK simultaneously for 3 seconds. Press EXIT to return to the HOME screen.

Once you know the error code, post it or email me and I can help you from there. [email protected]
