No operating instructions for unit when purchased

Good morning
When when I want to make an espresso in my DeLonghi I adjust the water and the coffee. Mine is manually operated so it was trial and error to come to a good cup.. Enjoy your coffeekolbrun

There a several things that can cause the problem you have described.

1. The Dehumidifier Mode is operating at the same time as the AC or is operation on it's on.
In dehumidifier Mode heat is produced.

2. Air filter needs to be removed and cleaned.

3. A blockage or crimp in the exhaust hose.

4. The exhaust has a leak or has come loose from the unit.

5. The unit is sitting in direct sunlight or is adjacent to a heat producing appliance.

6. Compressor needs to be recharged with R134a refrigerant gas.

The 6 things listed above are where you need to start troubleshooting. 5 of which are easy to check and correct.

Look in the back of the unit, most ovens have the conversion kit and instruction manual on them. If not, most hardware stores or appliance parts stores carry the kit.

I sat on hold with Delonghi for about 25 minutes before I talked to someone this morning.  Expect a long wait before you get helped.

For this specific problem (unit works, just doesn't blow cold air), the unit MUST be sent to an authorized repair facility.  No repair facilities in Texas.  The closest one to Texas is:

Delonghi said they will cover mine under full warranty up to 13-months.  No RMA needed, just a photo copy of the purchase receipt for the unit. Outbound shipping is something not covered by Delonghi, but they will pay for parts, labor, and return shipping.
All-Brands said they don't have any specific requirements for packing, other than making sure the casters on the bottom of the unit are well-protected.  It is common for them to break during shipping.  They recommended, though, that if you have someplace nearby that does professional packing, like a UPS Store, to take it there.  It's not a requirement, just a recommendation.
Along with the unit send a copy (not the original) of your purchase receipt, your name and telephone number, and the address to where the unit will be returned.  Also, include a detailed description of the problem with your unit.
