Frigidaire dryer heats but clothes not drying

Run the dryer for 2-5 minutes. Check to see if it has heat inside. If not, you have an internal problem.
If heat is generated, check your dryer lint trap. It must be clean before every dry cycle to dry properly and efficently. If the trap is clean and heat is generated, check the tubes behind the dryer for disposing of the lint.

Did you clean out the internal duct work and the blower?

Overloading

Check and clean your lint trap in the dryer.
Check and clean your hose, this could cause a fire if the hose becomes plugged with lint.
Also check your blower in the dryer to make sure the blades are ok and not broken.
Normally these are the cause of clothes not drying if the heating element is working.

while the dryer is running.go to the outside of the house and check the air flow,there should be a large amount air being blown out if there is not check the vent and ducting for lint build up and make sure the hose is not kinked.
when there is restricted air flow all the warm moist air will stay in side the dryer causing the clothes to take a long time to dry. i hope this helps you with your dryer

Sounds like your bias thermostat is bad. It's the one that has the 4 prongs.

Hi, If the motor is shutting down mid cycle and can not be restarted untill cooled, the motor will need changed. It is shutting off on a safety overload. These motors cost about $145.00

Your lint exhaust is blocking the heat flow.
Remove the vent from the rear of the dryer and run a timed cycle load for 40 minutes.
If laundry is dry, repair the outside vent.
If not dry,open the dryer cabinet and clean the inside lint and heat vent.
