Pump on neff dishwasher stays on - Neff 24 in. S6409N3 Built-in Dishwasher

If the appliance stops during dishwashing or does not start for no obvious reason, first run the Abort
programme function (Reset).
Terminating the programme (Reset)
1. Open the door.
2. Press START button 9 for approx. 3 sec. until all displays go out.
3. Close the door.
The remaining programme sequence for draining the residual water takes approx. 1 minute.

check filter or drain hose it probably have a dirt,try to fill with water manually and turn on pump to dispossess water,if water not go out and pump work then you have dirt in hose or filter,if pump not work then pump is broken.

When you open the dishwasher door you will see three screws along each edge. You need to remove the middle screws and replace them with longer ones that will go into the door front as well.

Drain pump is either faulty or blocked, follow drain hose back to d/washer pump is at the end, always isolate from power supply before attempting any work

I have the same problem with my newly installed Miele integrated dishwasher. The door does not stay open when you are trying to load dishes. I heard that there is an adjustable internal mechanism to adjust the tension on the door. But, I am still working on solving my problem.

hi there sounds like your wash pump has burnt out

Could be a kinked hose, diverter solenoid is jammed or burnt out. If the dishes are clean and the pump is working...then look at the above. If the spray isn't happening, the pump could be a problem. They are usually direct drive and you'll note that the motor isn't working.

not easy to fix - it has a leak. the tray at the base is full of water which ooperates a float which switches drain pump on. remove front panel at bottom front and mop out water or tilt backwards 45deg and water will run out. leak is usually main pump
