SOURCE: Clean Light Flashes

I found this post elsewhere. It seems to have worked for me: Our KitchenAid KUDP series dishwasher went into a mode where it would not start and would only respond to the cancel/drain button. The clean light would flash 7 times in a row, stop, and then repeat. I read that the 7 flashes indicates an error code and that the dishwasher has detected a problem in the heater element circuit. I tried to reset the error mode by turning off power for 15 minutes, however, that did not work.
We called for a repair. The service person found that the dishwasher was completely fine except that it had gone into an error mode. The technician reset the error mode and charge us $115.00.

The reset sequence used was reported to be the following:
1) Crack the door open.
2) Within 3 seconds press the following sequence - Hi Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry, Hi Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry
3) Close and latch the door
4) Press the cancel button (the circle with the triangle in it)

We were told the dishwasher expects to see the dish water temperature rise in a certain way. If the water does not heat in this way, the dishwasher becomes confused and thinks the heater element has failed. In deed, this happened just following and extended power failure and our hot water tank was cool. I am curious if this code will work for anybody else with the same problem and save a service call and 115 bucks. Overall, this seems to be a serious logic flaw in the design.

SOURCE: whirlpool gu2400 clean light is blinking 7 times

Yes this is a heater fault detection error. The unit may not be heating the water resulting in unsanitary dishes so the unit shuts down in this fault. Also the door may not have completely shut resulting in the heater not working, but everything else does (the heater common line is broken at the door switch. Clear the fault by entering diagnostics with this key dance heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal. All the leds will light, you can then press cancel and try another wash cycle. If fault occurs again, you must repair heater problem.

SOURCE: Blinking Green Light

I got the blinking clean light x 7 and I ended up resetting the unit and everything was fine thereafter. You can reset the unit by pressing "heat dry" followed by "normal" forllowed by "heat dry" and lastly "normal." Dishwasher reset and went through a 16 minute cycle. After that, it ran fine. here is a linked that helped me.

2013 JD gator cx 4x2; started, drove for about 15 minutes stopped engine. Tried to start, dead, nothing happened, no clicking, no lights, nothing.

That is usually a simple problem. If you know how to use a volt meter, Start at the Batt and work back to the starter and on to the ignition switch.

KITCHENAID DW KUDS30FXSS - 18 months old, will not complete cycles. Runs for 15 mins and stops & lights go out. Cleaning tablet often left in dispensor.

See my problem and solution. Sounds like you, too, are having a problem with the main control board (computer chip that controls the dishwasher), which is apparently a common problem with this model dishwasher. The part can be found here, for $211 (tax + shipping), and they have a 30-day return policy in the event that it does not fix the problem. It's an easy DIY fix. Hopefully this helps!

Programing ignition key for 2000 grand am security light comes on and the car will not start for 10 to 15 minutes.

Turn the key on and wait for the security light to stop blinking (may take about ten minutes). Then turn the key off and wait for at least one minute. Then try to start. That should program the key chip.

Kitchenaid KAWS750JQ3 Top Load Washer

hi there,

make sure that the program is not on the "Intermittent Agitate Program". that would be the cause of the delay.

the other issue would be the timer itself. the timer is mechanical, so once the contact on it is corroded, it will only function intermitently or not at all.

please let me know if i can be of more help.

thanks
