Any time the power is shut off on my Bosch Axxis+ washer, it will not show anything but a blank display when it is turned back on. I have done many combinations of unplugging, turning on and off etc. for varying amounts of time. Eventually it will come back up after I "ignore" it for up to 12 hours - presumably after the right combination. If it is not turned off, then there is no problem. ur computer is stuck in resume mode and since there are not all the files on harddrive when it went off so what you need to do is this as soon as it powers on at Toshiba screen keep on taping F8 and then select delete restoration data after that it should boot up fine.
Thought these additional details might help as we are having a similar problem.
When the washer is turned on we get a blank screen, then after a bit we see the display flash. After sometime flashing then we see it go to normal and we can run it. It is as almost as if it need to warm up...
We can get the display to show faster, by playing with the knob. However, the machine still needs time before we can use it.
