Rack on freezer is not working - Kenmore Freezer 20.3 cu. ft. Frost Free Upright Freezer

Based off what you have described the door on your Frigidaire refrigerator is stuck and will not open. It sounds like you may have condensation on your gasket and it has frozen the door shut. The best thing to do is disconnect power from the refrigerator for four to six hours and that should break up any ice holding the door closed. I hope this is helpful information. -Matt

Have you made sure it is at least a couple of inches away from wall? It could be the metal rack on the back may be loose, or the feet aren't exactly level... Does it only buzz when cycling?

maybe you need to reprocess your freezer. theres an compressor oil in the tube causing the abnormality of circulation of freon gas in your freezer. you need to clean up.

you need to call someone (hvac company) to recollect it legally. they'll need to install a pierce valve and **** it out to collect it. it's illegal to let it out yourself. 1800 junk might do it for a small fee.

Your door seals are leaking air.

check draing pan for water. it should be located on top of compressor. something could be restricting the drain hole at bottom of the evaporator.

Disconnect the water line from the water control valve to the ice maker to see if it is letting water thru all the time. It should only let water pass when the ice maker is empty.

there would be a problem if you lay it down. it should be moved up right or max 45 degrees tilt only. oil in the compressor could go to the evaporator and clog it.

front handles could be remove only from the inside. you have to remove the plastic rack of the door and remove the insulation in order to see the bolt holding the handle.
