Ive downloaded games to my pc. connected the usb cord.. mobigo says its connected, but it will not let me transfer the games from the pc.. says connect and turn on. but its already connected and turned on

Does the crack look like it has black ink or lines around it as well? If so, this happened to my son's Mobigo and, unfortunately, the system is now toast. I called the store where we bought it and they told me to call V-Tech because it should still be under warranty. However, V-Tech informed me that it is not under warranty for damage and that they cannot repair their toys at all. There is nothing that can be done with it. They did offer of discount for a new V-tech purchase though.
