My computer does the same thing...when you go to the Support...scroll down to the bottom of the page...on the left hand side click on the email address that starts with info...it that doesn't work, here is another [email protected]

You can try to reach them to this email [email protected] and hopefully they will reply to you as soon as possible. As you can see replying to email really takes time due to investigation. 5 times now I have been kicked out of a tournament with a you finished in so and ao place and a return to menu message when I still am playing the tourney. It will not let me do anything but return to main menu and takes my money for the buy in on the tourney. Today I was in first place with over 3000.00 dollars when it happened, not only did I lose out on finishing the tourney and probably winning it, but also lost the 25, 000.00 dollars for the buy in. I am sick of this happening and would like a way to get my stack back.. That only seems fair to me.
