Your question is: Will not start, seems to have no power at all. You checked the breaker and it's fine. Is there a reset button somewhere on this dishwasher ?

No reset, if breaker is good then check the connection at the d/w. It's under the d/w behind the kick plate on right or center under a cover box. 9 times out of 10 you'll find a loose, broken or burnt connection there. That done, it's time to call in warranty repair. If beyond warranty you might consider utilizing the Repair Directory to find a repairman. If the d/w has a few years on it perhaps it is time to compare the cost of repair verses replacement.

Yup, found it on another site..I had the same issue today.
Reset code: Push 1. Heat Dry 2. Normal 3. Heat Dry 4. Normal
wait about 2 minutes as the controller resets itself. You should see all the leds flash on and then wash and rinse leds stay on for about 30 seconds. A minute or so later ..presto, my machine worked again.
My machine is not the GU3200XTP, but in the same Whirlpool tall tub series (same manual) so leds may not have the same name.

I'm not sure what the sequence would be on your particular model as Whirlpool dishwashers can differ in operaiton. However, if you remove the lower kick panel under the dishwasher door, there should be a tech sheet either directly behind the panel, or tucked inside the door. The tech sheet will list all troubleshooting tips and any fault codes that the owner/operator's manual does not list. This is the SAME sheet the repairman will reference when they come to your home on a service call. Please let me know if you still require assistance. I hope this helps you.

Change the thermal fuse in the control and door switches. The thermal fuse is designed to fail if there is a problem with the switches.
Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power supply. Wait 10 minutes and restore power.
Select a "Hi Temp" wash cycle, followed by a heated dry setting on the dishwasher.
Repeat step 3. This will reset the dishwasher.
