When i put a wash on it takes alday the timer jumps back and when it spins the water pours out the draw and the door floods my utility room,it doesn't spin properly the clothes are soaked at the end of the cycle and they smell of stagnant water and smells bad can you help?
The water is not pumping out because you have a blockage in the filter unit which is located at the bottom of your machine or possibly a weak pump. the reason that your machine smells is because the water is not discharging. check the filter first for any blockages, i.e coins, bra wires etc. if that doesn't sort it you may need a new pump

Sounds like the water pump is plugged with something. The pump could also just be locked up. The smell is probably the belt slipping on the pulley. To drain the unit you will need to lower the drain hose into a bucket and let it drain that way. Most pumps can be opened and cleaned. It will be inside and attached to the drain hose. It has a pulley on it where the belt rides. If it has a clamp holding the bottom on remove it and the clog. You may be able to do this without removing it from the unit. Let me know if you need further help.

The pump fiter is probably blocked.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Locate, and remove large black hose on bottom of tub.
Remove plastic filter inside, and clean.
Refit filter and hose.
Should now be o/k.
Before you do anything, lay the drain hose down into a bucket or bowl, and drain all the water out, so you do not have a flood when you remove the hose.
please rate my fixya solution.
Thanks.

Have you checked and cleaned the filter on the machine, usually located and the front near the bottom. If so then there is 2 other possibilities, either your water pump at the back of the machine is blocked or faulty, or it's the timer on the machine. A washer won't go into spin mode until it has drained all the water from the machine first. hence the pump has to run. Just remember to drain all the water from the machine before checking your filter otherwise it will end up on your floor.

Wash it out with a strong solution of washing soda placed into the drum before you fill the machine
Ps
Run the machine empty through a full hot cycle then run the soda one
The first will soften the deposits and the second should help kill the bacteria that is causing the smell.
Reducing the load so that there is more agitation helps as well

What you need to do is check the pump is getting a feed to it
Select a spin cycle, and with a test meter, test for voltage across the pump terminals, if you are getting a feed, and the pump is working ok, then you obviously have a blockage beyond the pump.
If no voltage then could be a broken wire, or a faulty programmer/board.
ONLY CHECK FOR VOLTAGE IF YOU ARE COMPETENT TO DO SO, as it takes no prisoners.
Hope this helps.
