That error signifies a fuser problem where the thermistor does not detect the fuser coming to temperature. Need to replace fuser unit, part number 008R13022, see link.

Remove the fuser. Check the conductivity of the contact points of the thermostat, are the contact points connected N replace the fuser
That is in fact a bad fuser which must be replaced (part# 126N00321 for 110v). Replacing it is simple, open the right door and remove the 4 screws that hold in the fuser.
