Follow these steps:

1. Check for paper on the fuser.
Y remove paper N proceed to step 2
2. Check the installation of the fuser assembly, make sure it is securely installed.
Y reinstall fuser N proceed to step 3
3. Remove the fuser. Check the conductivity of the contact points of the thermostat, are the contact points connected
N replace the fuser

That is in fact a bad fuser which must be replaced (part# 126N00321 for 110v). Replacing it is simple, open the right door and remove the 4 screws that hold in the fuser. If you have a Xerox WC5225 with Error Code 010-320, then you have a fuser problem. The fuser is the heated item which bonds the image, just before it exits the unit. The machine monitors the temperature sensors and heating elements on this part.
