Try using a different input other than HDMI

If the problem is same with different input devices and you have ensured the are no loose contacts in power outlet, RC jack, cable and sockets, the TV needs servicing.

First of all try, changing the input device to some other and see whether you see the same problem. Then connect your present input to a different TV and see. If you feel the input is ok, and it is a problem in the display, this is a case to be handled by a qualified service technician.

Usually this occurs when the Convergence ICs go bad along with some chemical fuses mounted on the deflection board. E994 usually blows along with the Horizontal out transistor going bad. This transistor, I believe is Q777 that usually goes bad. The fuses are either tiny little yellow fuse with a red band or green with a yellow band depending on your model number
