How to remove the spout on the E8 for cleaning:

GENTLY GENTLY GENTLY

There are two parts: You will see the top part is fixed - it does not move. Remove it first, placing fingers behind the top of the piece, and gently it toward you. It will pop loose toward you - but not off. To remove completely, simple move the top half straight up, and it will release completely.

The bottom part of the spout is trickier, but equally easy once you know how it is fastened. Exam the bottom half. See how it is fastened by sliding on rails. Facing this piece, gently push leftward on the right side of the spout. The spout is flexible, and it will bow outward enough that the right side will come off its rail, enabling you to gently pull that side out. The left side will then come off as well.

Now you can clean out all the nasty.

Reverse these steps to put it back together.

Open the drawer and take out the box for the grounds. Run a rinse cycle and it should now go back into place.

SOURCE: I have a Jura Capresso

Most likely the O-rings in the thermal block are bad and need replaced. This is not an easy task to do yourself. On several machines the O-rings are oval and hard to match. And even if you find a match I do not recomend trying to fix it yourself. You will have to disconnect many wires and hoses to remove the thermal block.

Not dripping coffee on one side

That hole might be blocked, Try removing the spout and checking for obstructions. It is possible that coffee oils have clogged that side of the spout.

As the coffee is dispensed, it is normal to have some residue left in the tubing and spouts. It is the reason that the machine will require cleaning on a regular basis using the Jura tablets that dissolves the coffee film. In the case the spouts get clogged, the best approach would be to dismantle the spout assembly. Since it may not always be possible, I found that filling a cup with a coffee cleaning solution such as Puly Cleaner (pulycleaner.co.uk) and having the spout dip in the solution overnight can help. Probably that dissolving a Jura cleaning tablet in a cup of warm water would provide similar cleaning power.
Dismantling the spout is rather straightforward. You start with removing the front logo by rotating it counter-clockwise. Behind it you will find a T15 Torx screw. Removing it will allow removal of spout cover by pulling the top part lightly towards you and then sliding it down below the spouts. Grab the spouts by the sides and wiggle downwards until it comes loose. You can now clean the spouts but will most likely need to soak it. It may be the diaphragm pump controls for the law including seals. The diaphragm control is located on the pump output and adjusts the line pressure, thus the water flow more even and the pump noise quieter. Check if it is leaking from the front right corner, that is where the diaphragm pump control unit is. The seals may have degraded. Or it could be one of the water lines but I'd start there.

One spout is very slow with leaking

The spout is only a plastic with two holes, if the one is only leaking while the other is running corectly then you only need to clean it with hot water and a small brush the hole and the groove. the spoot can easily removed, or even emese it in a pot with hot water for 20 minutes then flash only water.

The coffee started coming out the brew spouts to the right and left and some coffee comes out in the center. i have cleaned and descaled the machine but that has not helped

I had this same problem and called Jura Capresso. They had me straighten out a paper clip and stick it up each spout as far as I could and jiggle it around (after bringing the panel with the spouts down as far as possible) Then they said to **** the panel containing the spouts up and down several times and then press the rinse button. Repeat this process several times. That did the trick for me. They said sometimes the spouts get clogged and just need to be cleared.

Impressa E8: even though I did clean machine, it asks me again...

Make sure your water tank to fill, when you start the clean process, and the tray is empty and wiped down. Then add a 500ml container under the spout rather than let the water go into the tray.
Also if you have not serviced the machine for about 5,000 cups this can occur.
