Sounds like one department is selling / transferring from another department.. You should see offsetting numbers in the other departments to track it down. Just look for positive entries in other departments that match the negative entries, and verify with date & time stamp and item / SKU number. May be a programming error.

A cash register is sort of a cash accounting package, and you can't just "Reset" it, and still maintain the data properly. You will have to identify, and locate the entries, and do reversing entries. You might want to contact your accountant or bookkeeper, and have them manually do a correction, but to avoid further problems, you will still have to identify the problem, and correct it. You can't just re-program without identifying / finding the problem.

How to void a sale on casio pcr-t275-l cash regester

This is a very simple model, so there are only two ways to remove items in a sale. If you enter an incorrect item, press ERR CORR to remove the last item. If you want to remove a previous item, or return an item after a sale, turn the key to RF (refund) mode and key in the item the same as you did in REG mode. This will return it so that it does not affect the daily total. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How to program the 2 taxes federal 5% and Quebec provincial 7.5

Hi.
It seems to be weird for this model.

Try this:

Turn key to program.
Now press the tax shift button to apply to a department (T/S1 for tax 1, T/S2 for tax 2, or T/S1 then T/S2 for both taxes).
Now press the department that you want to set with that tax.
Do the above for each department button.
Press SUBTOTAL to finish.

That will set only the tax you want to each department. If it still calculates incorrectly, then you have the rate set to the wrong amount.
