Try admin and leave password blank if that doesn't work then log on to web monitor . Open your web browser ie or Firefox doesn't matter enter IP address in browser then log in as supervisor no password and change name and password

If the machine are telling you to change the DEVELOPER UNIT why did you change the toner and hoped to reset the massage?????????????
If the machine are telling you to change the developer unit you need to change the developer unit!!!!!
Do that and your problem is solved

the main reason for this could be when you replaced the toner cartridge you have either not put in correctly or an incorrect toner put in. Check the other cartridges to see if when you remove one you get the same error if this is the case you could have a faulty toner. Is the toner an origina Gestetner toner you may need to return it...K

There are many different companies that sell compatible toner, and the quality varies greatly. You should try getting your money back from the company you bought that toner from, and find a new supplier if you can't get it from Gestetner. Premier is a company that sells compatible toner for many different machines, and they usually get pretty good reviews.

It is located on the lefthand side of the machine under the yellow pcu unit. You will have to remove a cover next to paper tray 1

Are you using third party toner, or OEM? Toner cart has small chip on it that the machine reads and is being told not OEM toner

You have an improper black toner density. Likely your black toner suction mechanism is clogged or the black toner supply clutch is not working.
