A couple of weeks ago the blower motor was not working. I cleaned out the ducting, unplugged electrical plug, then plugged in & it worked fine. Now the blower motor is not turning on at all. On FixYa, I read how to read the Service Mode diagnostics, which read: (did this 3 times; 1st time): There is a problem with the keypanel membrane overlay. Pressed “More” button: There is a problem with the inlet thermistor. Pressed “More” button: The blower is not getting up to speed. Pressed “More” button: There is a problem with a heater box. The 2nd & 3rd times was the same except it did not include the 1st item above "There is a problem with the keypanel membrane overlay". I am very handy but would need detailed instructions on how to diagnose/fix. Would you recommend this is something I should try myself?

you should not have heat when motor stops there is a switch in the motor to shut the element off....yours is not working(you could burn your house)replace the motor.

On all the ones I've seen with this problem, they've needed a new blower motor. Don't take that as the golden answer because even G.E. tech support doesn't know. It could be the control board, but I haven't seen that yet. G.E. always recommends replacing the inlet thermister, which is accessed through a little cover on the back. Good luck & welcome to the wonderful world of complex electronic appliances.

You need to replace the blower motor. It says you are having temp problems because the blower is quitting and the heater is overheating.

Lets start with your model number. This is incomplete, which chances are you obtained off the owners manual, correct? The actual number is going to be located on the dryer itself, on a label normally in the door area. Next, you mention an electric blower. The blower is acctuallly connected to shaft of the only motor which also turns the drum. What specifically is the dryer not doing? Is it not heating, running too long, or not coming on at all?
test
this dryer has two motors one is just for the blower
how can I find out why the blower motor does not get up to speed
