Try to follow this steps if still not working Visit the nearest store where you brought it and claim a warranty if its under warranty.

1. Turn the power OFF, wait 5-seconds and turn back ON.
2. Get into test mode and enter through the I/O testing step. ...
3. Once the unit is in the mid-level position, power the treadmill off for 5-seconds and then power it back ON.
4. Start the treadmill.

I had the same device. First off. Dc6 12v refers to the type of charger not a make or anything. Second the device you have is a sound amplifier (hearing aid) it cannot be used as a Bluetooth. It's just made to look like one.

Mike you probably have a bad speed control pot. There is a broken wire after the center tap in the pot causing it to shut down. That shouldn't be hard if Quickie can get you the part. You could always chech at a local electronics store for a pot but it would have to be like the one on your chair Hope this helps

Be sure the unit is level, not just stable,with the four feet touching the floor. If the unit is not level the centrifugal force of the spin cycle will be distributed unevenly, causing more pressure to be exerted in one corner then the other. this causes the unit to slighty lift in the opposite corner, thus shaking or vibrating. Many people citing this problem have their washers in an upstairs laundry room. Some of these houses may lack the needed support to sustain these washers without the floor flexing. the quality of the building is a factor.
